How do I sign up?

  1. You can click here to sign up, alternatively you can click on the ‘Create new account’ link located on the banner at the top right of the screen.
  2. Follow the instructions on the screen to create an account and if necessary, proceed to payment via PayPal.


How can I access my account details?

  1. Your account details can be located once you log in to RonKlingerBridge.com by clicking on the ‘ My Account’ link that appears on the banner at the top right of the screen.
  2. From this page you can view how long you have been a member for, and clicking on the 'edit' link will allow you to change your password, email address, and other details.


I signed up for a 30 day free trial, when will I be billed?

  1. You are credited with 30 days of free Premium Membership upon the creation of your account. Whilst PayPal requires your payment information to ensure that you only go through their process once, you will not be billed at all until the conclusion of your trial period. Once the 30 days has finished, your credit card will automatically be billed the full amount of your membership. However, if you cancel your account during the trial period, you will pay nothing.


How can I upgrade my free membership to a Premium Membership?

  1. If you are an existing Basic Member, you will first need to log in. To do this, please enter your user name and password at the top right of the screen and then press the ‘Log in’ button, which is also at the top right of the screen. Once you have logged in, you should see links to 'My Account' and 'Log out' instead of the log in fields. Click on 'My Account'. On your My Account page, you are able to subscribe and unsubscribe to Premium Membership, as well as change other details as mentioned above.


What should I do if I can't access my account?

  1. Ensure that you have the right password and username. These were sent out to you via email when you first subscribed (be careful also to use the appropriate upper and/or lower case for each letter you type, as usernames and passwords are case sensitive).
  2. If you cannot locate your password and username, or believe you have not received this information when you signed up, please contact our support team to request the information again, and they will contact you as soon as possible (be sure to provide the email address you used to sign up with).


How do I change my password?

  1. To change your password, first log in with the password provided to you in your email when you first registered with us. Once logged in, click on the ‘ My Account’ link at the top of the page. Then, click on 'edit' next to your username. From this page you can enter a new password (Don't forget to enter it in both the 'Password' and 'Confirm password' boxes).
